Things are begining to wind down at the Capitol.
There are a number of bills we have been closely watching and wanted to share the latest news with you. Things change very rapidly in St. Paul right now, so check back here for updates or click on the links listed. We have some wonderful partners who are very well positioned to provide up to the minute information.
The Education Omnibus bill is now in the hands of Governor Dayton. Click here for an article in the MINNPOST that summarizes the bill very well. HF2949 and SF2482 will likely be signed by Governor Dayton as all the kinks appear to have been worked out prior to the bill getting to his desk.
The School Land Trust bill has also made its way to Governor Dayton's desk. We still need your support! Please contact Governor Dayton and let him know you support HF2244.
